Oral Exams & New Patient Exams in Port Coquitlam
Your oral health and wellness are just one part of a healthy lifestyle. Here at PocoSmiles Dental, we are happy to welcome new patients and their families at our Port Coquitlam location. Whether you’re new to the community or haven’t seen a dentist in a while, we’ll help you set up the right appointment for your needs.
Oral Exams
The oral exam is your annual opportunity to check in on your oral health and discuss any concerns you may have about your smile, gums, and teeth. Our dentists perform a routine checkup to review any changes, developments, or improvements. If there are any concerns or recommended treatments, your dentist will discuss these with you during the appointment.
New Patient Exams
The new patient exam follows a similar process to the routine oral exam, except that we also allow time to review your oral health history and get to know your dental goals and concerns. We recommend that you arrive a few minutes early to fill in the necessary paperwork as a new patient.
